Lemania是著名的機芯開發公司，曾經是SSIH(SWATCH前身)可以抗衡ASUAG的法寶，搭載在OMEGA SPEEDMASTER上登上月球，后被寶璣收購，開始成為寶璣御用芯廠不再外供機芯，寶璣被SWATCH收購后Lemania又重回SWATCH集團。
1884 年，制表工匠Alfred Lugrin在瑞士雙子谷的L'Orient創立了自己的機芯制作工坊，定名為Lugrin公司。Alfred Lugrin在19世紀70年發出計時機芯和兩問報時機芯，專利被浪琴買走，成為浪琴旗下計時表之濫觴。Alfred的哥哥Henry則在19世紀 60年代赴紐約發展，成為美國制表業的奠基人之一。下圖為Lugrin公司19世紀末期的懷表產品，因兄弟倆的早期卓越貢獻，Lugrin懷表在國際收藏 界也是有一定“粉絲量”的。
1930年，A.Lugrin的女婿Marius Meylan接管公司，并更名為Lemania，是借用著名的勒芒湖（Lake Leman）之名，冀望于公司能成為泛日內瓦地區機芯制作的強者。1932年瑞士國有鐘表集團SSIH成立時，Lemania被吸收合并，因此與歐米茄和 天梭成為了同一集團下的兄弟單位，收購庫存皮具，也因此展開了更密切的合作。Lemania的首席設計師Albert Piquet在1942年拿出一款震驚表壇的27-CHRO-12機芯，被歐米茄學習和吸收，后來成為1946年著名的Cal.321歐米茄機芯，也成為后來1957年歐米茄的知名系列SpeedMaster（超霸）系列開山之作中搭載的機芯。而321這串數字也一直流傳至今，很多超霸表的產 品序列號仍然是以321開頭的。
1967年，Lemania又推出了著名的1873機芯，這款機芯是在27-CHRO-12機芯基礎上改進的。而歐米茄則在1873的基礎上開發出了歐 米茄861機芯，成為超霸系列的新“心臟”。這款1873，是當年的明星產品，百年靈，漢米爾頓，寶齊萊等很多品牌都在Lemania1873的基礎上開發出了自己的計時運動系列產品線。
1978年，Lemania又推出了自動的計時機芯5100。這款機芯性價比很高，批量生產容易，一直到2000年左右才停產，成為很多大眾品牌發展計時運動產品線的佳選擇（下圖為表友收集整理的基于5100的多塊愛表）。
SSIH在80年代初因行業危機所迫，把Lemania股權變賣給企業管理層，變身為Nouvelle（法語：新） Lemania公司，自此游離于“體制外”達十年之久。1982年，專業收購大量庫存手袋 求購信息，Nouvelle Lemania與伯爵公司一起收購了豪雅的前身Heuer，開啟了兩家的短暫蜜月期，這期間Lemania的機芯在豪雅80%左右的產品線上得到廣泛應用，這個時期的豪雅表也成為收藏界單獨的一個品類——豪雅/Lemania。在同一時期，也有很多豪雅的表款以Lemania品牌的名義大規模制作出來。1985年，Heuer的股權被賣給了一家來自中東的投資公司TAG，終止了與Lemania的密切合作，也奠定了現在豪雅——TAG Heuer品牌的誕生。后來豪雅又被LVMH集團納入囊中，這就是后話了。短短三年多的合作，留下了一些經典產品，這款奧迪運動轎車定制版的卡雷拉，就是在5100機芯上開發的，Lemania和豪雅分別做了一款產品，只是豪雅把12點位置的24小時表盤給去掉了。
中東投資公司Investcorp于 1987年從法國政府手中收購了寶璣品牌，改制為寶璣制表集團（GHB）。到了1992年，GHB又全資收購了Nouvelle Lemania。1999年，斯沃琪集團全資收購GHB，從而使得Lemania又成為斯沃琪集團下的企業。斯沃琪集團當時的董事長Nicholas Hayek把Lemania的一些中低端產品線并入了ETA體系下，不再對斯沃琪集團外供應，比如Lemania5100就改成了ETA C01.211，目前天梭品牌的運動表。而Lemania的高端產品線則成為Manufacture Breguet（寶璣制表）的一部分，變成了寶璣品牌內部的機芯研發部門。

In 1967, Lemania launched the famous 1873 movement, which was improved on the basis of the 27-Chro 12 movement.
